About Mathematics at UB
Mathematics is a broad discipline with many diverse applications in the physical and life sciences and engineering, and also in the social and managerial sciences. The department offers undergraduate concentrations in four different specialties, two joint major programs, one interdisciplinary program, and a 5-year combined B.A./M.A. program.
