About Aerospace Engineering at UB
The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering offers degrees at the undergraduate and graduate levels in both mechanical and aerospace engineering. Our Bachelor of Science Programs provide students with the knowledge and skills of their profession and present technical concepts that will be important as they begin their careers and/or prepare for advanced studies. Our computational and laboratory facilities are top-notch, and we are active participants in the School of Engineering’s “Engineering Career Institute”, which provides many students with the opportunity to obtain practical experience with local and national companies during their undergraduate studies. Most importantly, our faculty members are nationally and internationally recognized and are here to help our students become competent engineers ready to contribute to the world of technology in industry and research.
